loosing weight
.... I am training like a lunatic I am not sheading any pounds....help?
Losing weight in theory is easy, but in practice is very tricky as the body has all sorts of counter measures. Try the following and you should see some results quickly:
- Cut all alcohol as it has very little nutritional benefit.
- Cut all crap (cakes, biscuits heavily processed foods), this is generally the hardest part. Replace the crap with fruit and a glass or two of water to keep the hunger a bay.
- Try to make meal sizes slighly smaller and eat imedialely after training and stick with normall meals (breakfast, lunch, mid afternoon snack and evening meal). Missing meals sends the body into a spin and we end up eating extra to re-balance the deficite.
