Tri-Monkey coaching is personalised to the individual’s needs and goals.
The rolling ‘Golden Standard’ has achieved World and European Age Group medals, numerous national titles, 70.3 World Championship qualifiers, and an ever growing list of Ironman finishers. If you want coaching that achieves results then the ‘Golden Standard’ is for you.
The ‘Specific Event’ programme will prepare you for that special event. It is ideally suited for full or half Ironman events. You get a bespoke 12-16 week programme detailing the key sessions, along with coach support. This is best booked 2-3 months in advance, so that you receive pre programme training guidance.
The Golden Standard - £75 per month
- Periodisation & goal setting for training.
- Training delivered in 2-3 week blocks using Trainingpeaks software
- Strength & conditioning programme.
- Unlimited email contact (within reason).
- Weekly phone call – athlete initiated.
- Race strategy advice, (pacing, nutrition & equipment).
Specific Event Programme - £95 single fee.
To get the best out of yourself for the BIG race of the year.
- A 12-16 week, individually designed programme.

- Email contact for fine tuning.
- Telephone contact by arrangement.
- Pre programme guidance so that you are ready to go.
Training days and weekends for clubs & groups.
I can also provide coaching for groups and individuals, from a half-day to a weekend, tailored to needs of the group or individual. This can be in any aspect of triathlon and include hands on coaching to talks and seminars. Either you can organise the facilities or I can recommend a suitable venue.
