National Duathlon Medals
Flora Duffy won the Bermuda National Duathlon Champs on Sat 12th April. She lead from the gun, leading the men into T1. Kent Richardson was close on her heals and smoked the bike course, posting the fastest time of the day. Unfortuanetly for Kent, bad cramps saw him limp across the line for 2nd, whilst Flora cruised in for the win.
Rhian Roxborough battled the elements at Parc Bryn Bach, on Sat 19th Apr, in the British Elite duathlon to take Silver. She raced solo, during the cold, wet and windy conditions, which saw many of the Elites drop out.
Simon Roxborough place 6th the following day in the Newport Duathlon.
All four are preparing for the ITU World Champs in Vancouver in June.
