Rhian's Welsh National Champ
Rhian's storming season continues by adding the Welsh National Standard Distance title to her CV. She was also crowned Gatorade athlete of the Month in May http://www.tri247.com/article_3435.html and just missed out on a medal at the ITU World Champs in Vancouver.
Rocky finished a credible 13th in the Welsh Champs, yet again posting one of the fastest bikes times of the day, even though he got knock off his bike during the race.
Kent Richardson won his age group (45-49) and placed 5th overall after leading the race in to T2 at The Bermuda National Sprint Champs.
