Sam Heridge started her seaon off with a win at The Steyning Sprint tri, finishing 2nd overall. Sam opened with a 4:50 400m swim after a swift T1 covered the 18.5km in 31mins, before finishing off with a 17.50 run. Nice one Sam.
Over in Limerick the some of the Irish Monkeys kicked off there season at the Joey Hanon standard distance event. The swim was in a 50m pool, whilst the bike was touch lon long at 42km, hence the times and the run is a undulating multi lap affair.
