In what had to be some of the worst conditions for training and racing over the weekend across Europe
In Pontreveda, Spain, Sam Herridge finish 18th in the European Cup race, posting a pb 38.15 10km run.
Over in Ireland Aoife O’Connor finished 4th lady at the Valencia Island sprint, posting the fastest women’s 5km time of the day. Hugh Carberry finished 13th with a very balance swim, bike and run.
In Dublin at the Fingal Sprint Greg May finished 36th with a pb for the distance and for his run.
At the Taunton Sprint Mark Ashurst finished 1min up on last years time, which is good going given the conditions to finish 8th.
