Around europe + Bermuda
It was a busy weekend with athletes racing in Lisbon at the half Ironman, and ITU World Cup, in Ireland, Bermuda National Champs and the UK. The hard winter of training has started to pay off with a number of personal best's:
- 5th ITU World Cup - Flora's best finish
- 3 x Olympic Distance pb's (good job Dave, Darren & Ellen)
- 1 x Half Marathon pb (nice one Paul)
Also few fast times at Dorchester 'Fast Twitch World Series' from my training buddies Pete (1st) and Harry (3rd) and James keeps cranking out higher FT.
Its only early in the year, but the signs are pointing more of the above.
